Back to OP. Michelle Fairley is not bad-looking at all for her age, but I'm not aroused.

As for over 40's, its too easy. Liz Hurley, Monica Bellucci, Jennifer ''So Goddman Hawt'' Connelly, Rachel Weisz, Naomi Watts, Heather Graham, Carrie-Anne Moss, Connie Nielsen, Jennifer Esposito, Tea Leoni. . .you could go on all day.

Over 50's, I'd say Morgan Fairchild, Julianne Moore and Jennifer Tilly.
