Who got the preorder on Xbox One X?

I haven’t jumped yet, probably will feel the itch after seeing it in person but right now have other priorities.
Funny though that if I didn’t have an Xbox One already I would probably have jumped the moment they opened the market.
Which is strange when you think their target market is existing Xbox owners in reality.

They give me 404 errors on takealot when trying to go to the preorder page and Raru confirmed the next batch is only Feb 2018
Ouch. So they didn't even keep any back for Black Friday? Then again would make no sense to seeing as all have been sold at full selling price.
Does it come with a built in 4K blu ray player?
Yea I don't have the time or inclination to make **** work on a PC (drivers, uninstall/reinstall, conflicts etc). I want to game. Not trouble shoot.
Anyone who spends their day in-front of a PC and then go home to spend their evening's in-front of a PC gaming, should really get some pu**y every now and again, you need the stress relief before you get your gun and murder 30+ people for no reason whatsoever
If you don't already have a PC that you can just upgrade, what are you going to get for R7.5k that can match or beat the One X?

Takealot is sending out emails that their pre-orders are delayed until the 29th.
I've contacted AWX and Bt Games and so far they don't know about any delays.
I pre-ordered wit AWX so hopefully it'll arrive on time. I'd be super pissed off I don't get it for my holiday.

I am one of the unlucky ones that ordered through Takealot and got the dreaded email this morning telling me my order will be delayed until the 29th.
After following-up with them they claim its a supplier issue but didn't elaborate further. So I called their supplier, Prima Interactive, and apparently all of the stock will be delivered on-time for all of the retailers to launch the console this Friday.
It appears Takealot are the problem here as I presume they just don't want to keep customers that have ordered 2 months in advance happy.

Ja, this was disappointing and triple disappointed with their response as to why.... "The only information we have is that the delivery is set for the 29th of December. If we have received the pre-order any sooner at Warehouse and processed it for shipping to our branch and setting delivery for we will be notifying you. There are many possibilities for the delay such as high pre-order volumes and needing more Xbox One X's to request and due to the high delivery volumes we have due to the festive season" - I really don't understand which one of these is the issue... delay from supplier, or delay in distribution, or just heavy load... when I asked for more details they did not reply...
Agreed, a lousy response from them. I just think its really sad that they blame it on their supplier. Personally I think they are trying to ship their Christmas (and Black Fridays) orders still. What they probably don't realize is that gamers aren't you're average customer...
