Here is who really owns Telkom

The South African government owns 40.5% of Telkom, while another 14.8% is owned by the Public Investment Corporation, which is closely linked to the government.

This means that government has power over the company — and is why it's known as Telkom SA SOC.

"The official figures show that the government owns 40.5% of Telkom"
That explains a lot

So the ANC controls more than 51% of Telkom

Explains a lot.

So we are going to see a massive devaluing of stock when government needs to raise funds and starts dumping stock

AHH yes. ANC involvement in anything ends in eventual failure. It's just a matter of time. It's not a question of if it will fail. It's just how long it will take.

Stealing is all the ANC is good at. Running a country?

NOPE.

No wonder it took 15 years to get Naked DSL and most people won't touch them with a 10 foot barge pole. I'll rather pay more at another FNO thanks.
I have been Telkom Free for 3 years. I will rather pay a little more than ever give them 1 cent.

Edit: My Parents and Brother's business is telkom Free too. As soon as Fibre was in the area .. cheers Telkom.
