Who supplies bandwidth by ISP

Can someone advise who supplies the bandwidth / which network the top ISPs are currently using

TelkomInternet = SAIX
Afrihost = MTN
Axxess ?
WebAfrica ?
etc

Who are WebAfrica main upstream providers ? Or do they run the entire network themselves ?

I think you are confusing who has their own IPC and who leases from whom for international bandwidth and what they use

For example:

Afrihost/Axxess uses MTN, but does MTN use Seacom or SAIX (or WACS etc)

SAIX/Seacom/WACS are the guys who connects us internationally.

Technically, it's SAT3/SAFE that connects internationally, and Telkom (SAIX) is not the only supplier on this submarine cable. You could also go to Neotel, and a few others.

There is a saying,
technically, technically and practically is the same thing, but
