I have edited my previous post, since ISPA have now contacted me since my last post. Turns out something went wrong on their voicemail system, but they eventually found it. The fact that 2 different representatives called me shows me that I was very wrong in my original judgement and I am rather pleasantly surprised. I might just add, that I am very rarely pleasantly anything as most organisations just annoy the hell out of me...
