I've used this sim-card many times before, usually only loading about R10 or R100 data bundles to check my email.

I'll be travelling away from home tomorrow for about a week, so I thought I'd take the R220 data bundle. Loaded R230 credit into my phone.

Now I phone 141 to load a data bundle, press 3 like the menu says...but it doesn't give me the option to load a data bundle. It says press 1 to load airtime, 4 to load sms bundles.

Why can't I load data? I'm sure it's more than a month since my last bundle loading...

Edit:

Yello 173 option 5.

I complain to quickly....my bundle only "expires" tomorrow...so I can only load a new bundle...tomorrow.

Thanks MTN.

Good day,

MTN are in the process on working on carry over and multiple data bundles

MTNDD

Am having a similar problem. I loaded just R10 to test the data bundles. Now i have to pay R2/Mb until next month. However MTNDD has a suprise for us on the 26th, and it might be multiple bundles/carry over? Any hints?

As someone else suggested to me, when I originally posted this thread...either load bigger bundles - or just buy multiple sim cards. You can get them for like R5 each at checkers.

So will that be available on the 26th MTNDD?

:> me hopes :>

Nope as mentioned on another forum it has been moved to the 18th due to the problems we had in Dec with Sim swops activations and so forth

It’s got nothing to due with carry over bundles or multiple bundles

MTNDD

keep on waiting then...

One thing though... on the 141 menu there is an option to buy once-off data bundles or you can purchase subscriptions to the data bundles. how exactly does that work MTNDD?

Will I receive 100Mb per month at R100 per month, recurring? (assuming I choose the R100/100Mb bundle)
