White or black managers are both to blame when their staff are under performing, clearly with you its always gonna be black and white. i was talking about AA. (AA- Hiring someone on a basis on skin colour rather than performance/experience)

if you worked your way up and earned your position you would have gone through all the teething problems and would be able to formulate systems so your staff can operate better.

Its the easy option. But as i stated a good few posts ago, none of peeps posting on this thread have any better ideas then AA to address the imbalance, so just let AA be people, its here to stay.

True,

They got the positions they are in by government intervention and managed to (without our help) bugger it up.

Now they blame white incompetence.

They are the managers, they must take responsibility for their actions.

They get paid for it

The interesting thing is this time they could not blame apartheid for their own incompetence.

Lets be more clear here, are you saying that soon, the ANC might be out of power?

I highly doubt it, if you waiting for that day, its gonna be a long long wait.

To the contrary, the black middle class is growing at a steady rate. I would partly attribute this to equal opportunities that EE presents.
Also Affirmative Action or Employment Equity cannot make one too rich for their own good unless you have it confused with BEE which is totally different...For a single black person to benefit form AA alone, to the point of being too rich for their own good, they would have to hold down numerous AA jobs at the same time, something that is not possible....

Initial projections showed that ANC will rule for 20 to 25 years.

Next elections result ANC winner with less majority.
 
I think the ANC might still win this one...Next time round - out!

If thats what you believe,you got nothing to worry about, whats all this fuss about Affirmative action. When it happens, AA will be gone!

Where else in Africa do we have white people (Except Botswana, and maybe Zim? :D)

Namibia, Mozambique, Swaziland (those are the ones i know cause i have been there)
