Why does everyone overtake on the left?

The part where your car's speedo is not 100% calibrated to that of other cars on the road, nor will you drive at and maintain EXACTLY 120km/h throughout. This will cause traffic to increase behind you.

And you insist that other cars can maintain an accurate 120km/h?

The sign with the speed limit on it? I keep to that already. Do you?

Don't speed.

Doing 80 in a 120 zone in the wrong lane is holding up traffic. Doing 120 in that lane is not.

Simply discounting the body of my post does not make it go away, so: I'm not making the assertion - the burden of proof lies with you. If I contend there is an invisible purple dragon in my room it is my responsibility to prove it, not yours to disprove it.

So, unless you can prove that you are better able to maintain a constant speed than anyone else on the road, or that you can supply copies of tests certifying that the equipment you have in your car enables you to keep a constant, pre-determined speed at all times and in all conditions, you have no argument. **** off left.

I don't need to close in on you fast, I just need to close in on you. I can do this by staying consistently closer to 120km/h than you. **** off left.

uFiS, you're a Dumbass. I think just about everyone here agrees. The more you post, the more clear it is how retarded you are. By staying the right lane instead of keeping left, you are breaking the law 100% of the time whereas a would-be speeder may be speeding only for 5% of the time. Case closed. Go straight to jail. Do not pass begin.

Calling my post drivel does not make it so, so: I'm not making the assertion - the burden of proof lies with you. If I contend there is an invisible purple dragon in my room it is my responsibility to prove it, not yours to disprove it.

This is still breaking the law, how hard is that to understand?

Why? There's constructive illustration that we share the roads with self-righteous dimwits going on here. There's no reason to close it.

The person will just keep posting that speeding is wrong, no matter how wrong he is himself. It will continue for millions of pages still with the same posts.

more drivel
You are yet to explain this:
I'll try to type this slowly so perhaps you can follow: People speed. Your sanctimonious dick-waving will not stop people from speeding. Through your childish inability to recognise a simple directive that aids traffic flow regardless of speed, you are causing a knock-on effect, bunching up traffic further back. You've just caused a traffic jam, whilst driving at 120km/h in the right-hand lane. Hand over your keys.
Once you can do that I will take your other posts serious.

Go read an article on Wikipedia - practice your google-fu. Besides, attempting to undermine my argument does not automatically grant yours more credence so: I'm not making the assertion - the burden of proof lies with you. Yes, those pesky speeding drivers.

+1

I'm getting annoyed now with people breaking the law to prevent other from doing it. How daft is that?
Or you can just. not. read. this. thread.

Yes. On a 2 lane road in NZ I would also keep left, as keeping right will put you right in front of oncoming traffic. Good idea.

They drive on the left - as do we.

Their basic rules are identical to ALL countries that drive on the left.

Get it???

Clearly not.

Cop out.

Go use your google-fu. Maybe you will find that I am a superior driver.

**** off left.
