Why does the iOs/iPadOs native keyboard remove sentence case from words?

Not on all websites but I notice it particularly when posting on Mybb or Youtube comments.
It'll "correct" the first word uppercase in a sentence to lowercase. Bizarrely it'll even do it to it’s own typing when you use voice dictating, it'll type the first letter of the first word in a sentence as upper case as expected and then once you finish speaking and it does it’s final analysis of what was typed it'll change the first letter of the first word from upper to lower case.
 
Open the Settings app on an iPad

Tap the section called "General."
Tap "Keyboard."
Tap "Auto-Capitalization" to toggle it off. The green switch will turn white.

That should work but I do quite like having Auto capitalization.
It seems there is a bug causing this, I got quite a few hits when searching the issue on Google
 
Never seen this before. May be words you’ve taught it overtime and so it’s overruling the defaults.

Try resetting your keyboard.

It's a bug, it only affects certain websites and it's relatively widespread going by the number of hits on Google

Wonder why.

Must be something the website feeds it in what kind of content field it is and adapts accordingly.
 
Can’t seem to replicate it on my end. At least not on Mybb.
 
Beta males typically lose confidence toward the end of their sentences and therefore ios will apply beta-formatting to your entire sentence. Pump iron, get confident with the Betties & become more alpha bro, then your sentences won't be beta-formatted.

I tried one of the fixes in that thread and it seems to have provisionally stopped it happening but it didn't help for everyone:
"Someone suggested turning auto capitalization off and then reboot. I tried this and then changed auto capitalization back on and the issue is not happening again. "

I don't mind the native keyboard and the dictation is actually pretty accurate. When last I tried 3rd party keyboards dictation wasn't well integrated on iOS, very clunky.

This old chestnut is still at play, why the heck won't Apple fix it?
