Why I love being a dad

Also have a son age 3. It's amazing how intelligent and quickly they learn and grow. The other day out the blue he mentioned, dad, stop frustrating me! Was like wow, who told you that. :p

My other son just turned 1 in January and now the attention is more on the little one at most times.

Often it's challenging giving them both equal attention without the older one feeling left out and getting "frustrated" :D

Mommy? I thought she's your ex and left you for David Icke :erm:

What I love about my 4 yr old boy and 2 yr old girl: When they get into a massive argument consisting out of: "MY pappa!!"...NEE, MY pappa!!" Untill one or both start crying.
if you have 1 child you are a parent. If you have two or more you become a referee.

I bumped my head on my sons cupboard door this morning, he opened it right as I turned into his room. He closed the door again, looked at me and said daddy, you must open your eyes when you walk.

Klein windgat.

A friend got a puncture this morning. As he was trying to replace the tyre his 4 year old boy told him to rather just buy another car.

My baby was 9 months today! Love her to bits. Just gave her a drink of milk. Sleeping on my chest now. My mom says to treasure this time as they grow do fast. Doing my best to do just that! :D

They really do - treasure the time.

They'll drive you nuts sometimes, but there's no describing the feeling

What drives me nuts? See above...

Also I have no more means of any visual entertainment. My boy hogs the TV and media player and madam watches Ms Kitty on my laptop. I sit and scratch my a$$ and wonder what the SuperRugby scores are.

The joys of parenthood.

Same here, I even had extra view installed, all that happens now is her Disney is on in the lounge and one or other DVD is playing in the room.

Hahaha!!! Tell me about it. Mine are 6 and 3. Sometimes I have to bribe the younger one with sweets to get the remote :D

I have tried that, they take the sweets, you get the remote but as soon as you change the chan, all hell breaks loose. My daughter is 4 and my son is 1, they are very close so if the one starts crying, so does the other. :wtf:
