1)your windows or android device still works after 2 years support, android doesn't suddenly decide your are not allowed to access the store because you have an old device...
3) Big apps, in what world is that a big app ?? Illustrator, photoshop, 3dmax, maya, ect are examples of big apps, if quick sync was on the list it would be a footnote scribbled on page 10 by a 4 year old
4)My brother is a fighter pilot that means everyone's brother must be one too, No and no and no and no,fact of the matter is with visual studio you can now develop , windows , iOS and android on the same platform. There is literally no point in having an apple computer unless you are actually developing for that environment in general. BTW 3d max the biggest 3d tool in the world being used by pretty much EVERY CGI, game and animation studio in the world is windows only.
Have a look at the small selection of tools available on mac
https://www.autodesk.com/solutions/mac-compatible-software, adobe also has it's issues. Your argument of it being a go to platform for developers, is blown out of the water.....Name a game studio developing games exclusively working on iOS, you won't, that is how stupid that argument is....
Your next argument is going to be, ooh you can use bootcamp for software that doesn't work on mac, how about no, switching between mac in windows isn't an option, with majority of tasks, and if people are any thing like me, there is a constant switch being little and main apps for testing purpose, and various little tweaks.
Work around is nice and well but kills productivity when you need to switch between OS's constantly.Macs are good for "singular task" there really isn't a and or this, the software simply isn't there.
You could argue next that, I could use a mac alternative software to replace the windows base app, you try and replace 3D max, Gimp, Lithunwrap, quixel, toolbag, forester, medusa, meshmixer, with a all in one tool.....
It is by and by large what is practical, macs simply isn't practical in the close and protected enviroment it operates in....
