Only got my micro sim today so will post any findings here. seems ok so far even in low reception areas.

Yeah, I think reception in South Africa is generally much better than in the States and UK, but the iPhone 4 has got a hardware problem. They didn't do the antennae right.

I'm left-handed, so will always have the "death grip" problem....and dont get me started on getting a case for it. I like my iPhone like it came out of the box.
