Why is it always a McLaren?

The most dangerous time is usually when someone just gets a new car or bike, that's usually when they're going to push it past their own skill limit.
I almost drove over my partner the day I got the car. She was standing next to the garage and I was reversing the car in on an upward slope. It was raining and I applied a little too much throttle. The rear wheels slipped and whole car whipped out about a meter to the left. Fortunately she was about 1.5m to the left of the car

Statistics say 0-6 months. And then 2-3 years.

0-6 months because they don’t know what they are doing.

2-3 years because they think they now know what they are doing.

Once they survive that it settles down drastically.

And I’m 100% of that statistic in every way. Crashed my GSX-R600 at almost exactly six months and then again just over two years.

people often underestimate their power. I’m all for speed on any road - but some of these machines are best opened up on a race track, not in a 60 zone…
