Why is the MTN website so rubbish?

These last few posts make me think about the time I had a job interview at MTN a few years ago (not in their web development section, though! :) ), and they asked me if I would consider improving on existing processes and procedures, so I said yes I would evaluate that. Didn't get the job, maybe they didn't like the idea of someone possible increasing efficiency, or moving everyone out of their comfort zones?

Had the same - posted a thread about it. Went unnoticed. A day later, my login was working. Probably has manual updates to it. i wonder who the agency is. When I was still there, it was Aqua. I suspect it still is.
 
1. The website only works when it wants to.

2. MTN Active only shows one of my 5 contracts under my account.

3. Most of the links on the website doesn't work.

4. Really difficult to find things.

5. Yello Trader not online anymore????

I should have realised that, I guess the number to dial is Cellc.
