Why is this game so expensive still?

Because musica is a rip off, I bought mine at BT for R535 at launch.

Consider yourself lucky. EA wants R1,000 for Battlefield 1 Standard Edition for PC.

Because retail stores. They rarely drop their prices.

Digital is the future, mate. Fallout 4 only has something like 4gb on its disk so you're going to download almost the entire thing anyway.

BF1 is cheaper retail than digital atm.

Thanks for all the replies, but SA is really getting expensive with the things that gives some sense of enjoyment.

I'm starting to think so too. Don't know why I didn't just check online first as I normally do. Lesson learned the expensive way. :erm:

R799 on Steam atm :wtf:

Are you serious? :wtf:

Thanks, I'll install it tomorrow and just hope it's really going to give me that same Fallout 3 New Vegas immersive RPG experience. To be honest I see from all of the replies that it does have a good following which does mean it's not that bad. ;)

3/NV had better dialogue but the mods and graphics made up for it very nicely.

It's a great game but there's no way in hell that I'll pay that much. I played it on the XBox One and got the game second hand.

No where near as good as NV, ending is really a disappointment. Don't really bother with settlements
