Why do people not just move over to the slow lane /left lane if you want to drive slow? esp at night - you can clearly see at night when someone is coming up behind you from a distance why still drive as slow as fck and not move over ? :D

Depends on the circumstances, if I'm turning right within the next 5 seconds I see no point in going into the left lane.

Don't personally do this, but my friend with an MX5 does; if you ride up his ass he'll fake his braking and force you to have a mini heart attack.
 
Happened during the day last week. Car won't move from the fast lane (N2) doing 90kph. Eventually a bus lane opens up on the right and I go into it after much light flashing and hooting at the car to move over. As I drive past her she starts to hoot and pull faces. What a special person.
 
Im pretty sure most people who do this have bought there license and are very ignorant :() would love to know what they are thinking and what possible justification they have to be like this - just move over - I do it why cant you :D
 
It's not restricted to any particular make. The majority of drivers in Cape Town drive like they're very stoned. Spotting a driver who pulls away immediately from lights and stop streets, accelerates to the speed limit briskly and corners faster than a dead snail around Cape Town is a rare occurrence.

Owns an MX5, but drives slowly in the wrong lane and then performs a criminally negligent act. One day he will cause an accident, and then he'll have to explain his actions.
 
Pet peeve - when some guy in front of you drive fast, then slow, then fast, then slow.

And there's no way to overtake him as it's a solid white line, and a single lane.

Pet peeve - Drive on the M5 in Cape Town at the speed limit in the LEFT lane and the guy in front of you slows down by 20k's. You overtake and go back into the left lane and the next person in front of you does the same!

End result, you are forced to drive in the right lane to avoid these idiots.

To many ass wipes think they bought and paid for the road .( own the road )
And if they are travelling at the speed limit they do not have to move over .

Yeah I saw a Citi good *chico* in the BMW lane yesterday. Fortunately he went back to a non BMW lane as soon as he could.
 
I've noticed a big improvement on the N1 between randburg and edenvale over the weekends.

Seems as if the drivers actually know what they're doing and you can see way ahead cars moving from right lane to left lane allowing faster cars to pass.

Coincidentally i see far fewer skedonks on that route over weekends, perhaps etolls scared them off the highway.
 
103 people died on the roads so far, this eater. And people still wanna drive fast and drive people of the roads with their Fortuners, BMW and Mercs.
Today again, this Fortuner ass-c@nt, over took a string of cars that was behind a truck. Long bend to the left, he couldn't see fookol. 2 cars on coming had to go on the yellow line to get out of deaths way.
All I saw was this sturvey c@nts wife, face with large goggle sun glasses staring at us peasants, as he swooped by.
Guess I call that a close encounter, if he colided with that on coming traffic, he would've taken me along.

I saw a chop in a VW Polo driving on my ass, then violently overtaking me on the right hand lane, on the M3 just as it becomes a freeway toward Muizenberg, while the roads were wet a few years back and one hell of a speed.

He spun out and hit the barrier with a massive impact. There were a few cars behind me who stopped. I didn't.

If you wan't to tempt fate and be a complete idiot, I'm not going to try save you.
 
Keep left pass right, even this is way beyond the average person.
