Hi guys

Wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue.
Ive recently got a new batch of Vodacom 3G's using vodacoms version 10.3 mobile broadband software.

I have had 2 different laptops and 1 desktop pc not able to connect correctly.
The modem and software all install correctly, the Vodacom software establishes a connection and says everything is connected.

Signal is fine but my windows network and sharing centre says it has no internet access and the pc and laptops cannot connect to the internet.

the desktop pc has a windows 7 32 bit and the laptops are both 64 bit.

The 3G's work fine on other pcs/laptops.

I have tried uninstalling the vodacom software and removing the modem from phones and modems in control panel but still having the same issue.

Wierd thing is all 3 were working a week ago...

Any ideas???

Probably because you spelled "weird" incorrectly, people don't take kindly to that here :(

Hi There
Sounds like an issue I had with a Compaq/HP Laptop. It was resolved by updating the driver software for the wireless adapter.

What is the model of the 3G? I also assume that this is a USB stick device rather than a freestanding hot spot one.
Let me know now that you have had more than 64 views and a reply or two.

Regards

Tim
