Could maybe not even be one of them. Maybe someone else who never mentioned he's married to a Doctor. I won't do it purely out of respect incase it's who I think it is.

If your relationship with your SO is based on Sex, just end the suffering now.

Think of Sex as a contact sport. I won't leave my wife if she bounced on another knob. Nor will she leave me for poking wet holes. We're in a partnership that goes deeper than just sex though.

Seriously though, we've been through this on both sides. I don't want to know, nor does she. We just found a way to live with it and respect each other more for it.

Here's a sound strategy. Idea is to create a subtle paradigm shift that seems normal in any situation. OP "makes" his phone not to work properly and asks the wife if he can use hers in the meantime to do something important, and then checks the reaction.

Plan is to get access to the phone like its a normal thing, but also urgent.

From there he can "find" the compromising info, act stupid, and ask questions.

If she goes out of her way to delete and deny, then you know she's up/been up to something.

Now he's no longer the insecure husband snooping around her personal stuff.

Way to much effort. Tell her you saw the message, and ask what's going on. No lying, and no sneaking around anymore. That's where all his problems started.
 
We need to look at this situation with a different perspective.

Are there any cheating women on this site that can give us their insight on how to handle this?

Any cheating woman will do.
