Why do i have to force active my 54MBs wireless connection every time after startup?.. Even the repair network would not work. The "use windows to configure wireless network gets unchecked every time my PC is restarted. Unless i hibernate....

You have another built in piece of software that is hijacking it - it's likely that the program is the recommended one to handle the card since it is from the manufacturer - you are having to disable this piece of software and enable the windows zero wireless config program manually since your wifi profile is setup under the windows system (and not the wifi card proprietor's software). If you uninstall it this problem should go away - alternatively, set up your wifi profiles in the software that came with the card and not XP itself. What brand of card? Do you have a centrino notebook?

Could it be the bloody bluetooth dongle which sometimes disable my sound card?
You know this bluetooth device is also found under network adapters as bluetooth LAN Access Server...& it sometimes conflicts when it decides to...

Wi-Fi solutions

You can't just place a wireless router in your house and say you have high-speed internet! If you have a modem already try plugging the router in. If you have done that, try fiddling with the router. Make sure that it's on a strong frequency. If you have done all that, I'm sorry I have no way to fix it. If you have a DS with a wi-fi game, see if it can connect or if it found the wireless router.:D
