Online whistle-blower WikiLeaks has posted a huge encrypted file named "Insurance" to its website, sparking speculation that those behind the organization may be prepared to release more classified information if authorities interfere with them.

The site is a site dedicated to releasing leaked stuff. Now apparently they have leaked stuff and won't release it and instead encrypt it under a filename "insurance"? Why? Doesn't make sense to me. It defies the entire point of the Wikileaks project.

So, be craven and intimidated in case the big, bad US government objects. The whole reason for the existence of whistleblower organizations is that they can’t be intimidated. Otherwise there would be no point.
