Will anything EVER happen on time?

I was delighted the other day to see a telkom centre opening in Cresta Mall (Randburg), so I could have a human face to harrass about my long, long overdue ADSL installation.

However, on 'opening' day, this is what I found on the window.

One thing Telkom WILL do on time is send you your monthly account, and disconnect you if you happen to only pay R599.99 on a R600.00 bill !!!!! And then guaranteed, in exactly 30 days time, they will send you a letter stating you are overdue on your account, and that they are now charging you interest on your overdue balance.
