Possibly.
Fever is your body's way of trying to fight off an infection.
If you have fever, it's likely you have an infection somewhere that your body is rebelling against.
I'm no doctor, but I guess that if you have a sinus infection and then you get a fever, they're likely related.

Best thing to do is to go see your doctor.

Indeed. Infected sinuses can be fatal .....but don't worry, your's probably isn't. (I read up on it, and it can lead to meningitis, etc etc)

Yes

I take chronic medication for my sinus and will confirm that fever is a symptom when your suffering from it. A good anti-histamine will help you a lot.

Look after your sinuses. If you got issues, shoot off to the doctor to get it sorted.

Furthermore, if you have a fever, go to the doctors! You never want to stuff around with that.
