Theron and Jafta, but the dissent is being used as bait by Zuma folks looking to argue irrelevant points of the ruling and distract from Msholozi's guilt... Don't take it.

They both agreed he was guilty of contempt anyway, but disagreed he should go directly to jail.

A majority ruling is the bottom line at the ConCourt. End of story.
