Mokwena [his lawyer] submitted in court documents that "the utterances complained of are not offensive to gender equality nor hate speech but amounts to fair comment on the circumstances of Mr Jacob Zuma's rape trial."

Yet just today the ANC YL released a statement that claimed Helen Zille was racist because she claimed that "Zuma is a self-confessed womaniser with deeply sexist views, who put all his wives at risk by having unprotected sex with an HIV-positive woman." Is this not a fair comment on the circumstances of Mr Jacob Zuma's rape trial?

Double standards about in the ruling party and their younger (more immature, if that's possible) counterparts.

I dont understand why HZ has sued him with with defamation already. Think about it, if someone called you a racist in the media, you could easily make a couple of millions already.

Of course, he is too stupid to realise the in doing so he would be in contempt of court which is just another charge to be levelled against him.

This dumbass needs to realise that when you're a public figure you need to be careful about what you say. I'm just glad someone has stood up to him because apparently the ANC are not willing to do so.
 
I'm not too sure I actually care about what comes out of the little prick's mouth any longer - he's a waste of oxygen, but more importantly, a waste of news space...

Reading the comments on some of the other Malema stories on IOL, the posters support him, along with the usual "the ANC will rule SA forever, theres nothing you can do" drivel

Didn't the complainant flee the country after the case was thrown out?
 
just boycot reading any news articles about him ffs. We alread know he has nothing intelligent to say so what's the point?

Er... except this isn't about the rape case but Julius' statements. As such it is irrelevant as to what happened to the claimant.

She should be the one complaining. That's my point.

As for Malema and Zille. They should kiss and make up, like children do.
