Will two Gt 710 display x4 40" screen

So my friend wants to replace the company pc and it should display x4 TV's that run one application ( Ivms 4200 / CCTV Software )

Would the two gt 710's in the same computer be able to do this and do it smoothly ? The 4 TV's are 1080p.

With that there will either be a i5 or i3 latest Gen. With 4-8GB memory..
