I live in a complex and have OS fibre. According to the Vumatel coverage map they are also now in the area. Would they install into a complex that already has Open Serve?

I don't see why not...
Our complex got Vuma first then OS came along and also installed

Just make sure whomever comes to install second doesn't wreck the previous fibre installation. We had that situation at my complex. We have MFN and Openserve came along to install their Fibre and during that process pulled up and cut some of the MFN fibre which caused half the complex to lose connection. This took time to resolve.

Generally one of us will not duplicate infrastructure. As the examples above show, generally only Openserve will duplicate.

Seems like a waste of resources if theres 2 installations on the same property.

Doesn't matter to me. I'm happy Vumatel came after. Their prices and selection of ISP's are way better :)
