From that list I have tried:
Fluxbox, Openbox, blackbox, ratpoison, dwm, fvwm, enlightenment (0.16 and E17), xfce, windowmaker, afterstep, icewm and sawfish.
And from those the one that kicks the most butt:
E17!!
But the most stable and useful:
Fluxbox
