Windows 10 Mail App Missing attachments ?

Used a clean Windows 10 Pro 64bit install. Using Mail App version 17.6020.42011.0. I have noticed that when new mail with attachments are received the app removes them. Checked all trust and security settings but no improvement. Is this a bug that will be resolved by an Mail App update?

It would appear that that the recent daily windows update resolved the problem.

I am experiencing it, everything is up to date.... :wtf:
 
Windows 10 Pro installed and click on "Add Account" in Mail till you blue in the face and nothing happens :(
