We see that the that the Creators Update for Windows 10 Mobile has been released to all (Non Insiders) today, more info on this link: https://mspoweruser.com/windows-10-...lling-out-to-regular-windows-10-mobile-users/

It would appear as stated in this link that a handful of phones would receive this update, namely.

• HP Elite x3
• Microsoft Lumia 550
• Microsoft Lumia 640/640XL
• Microsoft Lumia 650
• Microsoft Lumia 950/950 XL
• Alcatel IDOL 4S
• Alcatel OneTouch Fierce XL
• Soft Bank 503LV
• VAIO Phone Biz
• Mouse Computer MADOSMA Q601
• Trinity Nu Ans NEO

The Unlisted phones can now obtain this update by following the steps as indicated by this link: https://mspoweruser.com/microsoft-will-still-let-unsupported-windows-phones-update-creators-update/

Wonder if any RSA phone users have received this update and how big is the download?

With no new features, bit of a waste from a mobile user point of view. I hope it at least includes some bug and speed enhancements.

I think you need to read the announcement again.

Today, we have released the Windows 10 Creators Update for Mobile (Build 15063) to the Release Preview ring.

Going forward starting with the Windows 10 Creators Update, the following Windows 10 Mobile devices will be officially supported in the Windows Insider Program going forward:

HP Elite x3
Microsoft Lumia 550
Microsoft Lumia 640/640XL
Microsoft Lumia 650
Microsoft Lumia 950/950 XL
Alcatel IDOL 4S
Alcatel OneTouch Fierce XL
SoftBank 503LV
VAIO Phone Biz
MouseComputer MADOSMA Q601
Trinity NuAns NEO

Devices not on this list will not officially receive the Windows 10 Creators Update nor will they receive any future builds from our Development Branch in the Fast and Slow rings that we release as part of the Windows Insider Program.

If you are a Windows Insider on an unsupported device, you can stay on the Windows 10 Creators Update and receive Cumulative Updates via the Release Preview ring. However, you do so at your own risk as it’s unsupported. If you are on one of these unsupported devices and in the Fast or Slow ring, you will need to switch to the Release Preview ring via Settings > Update & security > Windows Insider Program.

We know that many Insiders are disappointed to see their device is no longer supported. We looked at feedback from our Windows Insiders and realized that we would not be able to provide the best possible experience for our customers on many of these older devices. That helped us determine which devices we support for the Windows 10 Creators Update. We are continually listening to your feedback to provide the best experience for ALL of our customers.

What Geoff.D is saying is that the update is being released to those on the Release Preview ring, not the general (majority) users with supported phones with the Production version.

Yes you are right as per my first thread as seen on Mspoweruser link dated 26 April 2017 @ 06:55 GMT/UTC

The second link seen on Mspoweruser dated 27 April 2017 @ 14:10 GMT/UTC indicates how Unlisted phones can receive this update.

Forced my update by going to the Release Preview ring.
Glad to say, battery drain on my Lumia 950 is fixed, and the phone seems less laggy now. Got really bad the last few updates.

Update completed on both 640 and 640XL on MTN

Just could not wait for VC and Ms to release update. Signed up for Release Preview to update, opted out of program after update. All functions well. OS Build: 10.0.15063.251 Version 1703 on L950XL

My phone updated overnight (L950 - MTN).

It asked to be rebooted this morning and ever since it's been stuck on the blue Windows logo screen, but the screensaver is the correct time and calander entries!

Did a live chat with the Microsoft support rep on Saturday afternoon. Seems the OS corrupted during the update! They emailed me a courier waybill for me to send the phone to them for repair. I just hope all the important bits were backed up automatically ...

What a bummer, p51mustang. Hope it all gets sorted. Please let us know.

All my 950s updated. Did an Insider update on the 1520.

I bought another two 950XL Dual SIMs in the US, plus a single SIM for a family member. Less than half price.

wdrt app should be able to fix that, it even fixes a bricked firmware update on 950's.
