To the people that says its much slower, try getting through all the updates and app settings first.
Mine was also slow at first but after getting through all the initial setups and downloads it's much better. Haven't tried the games though as @me_ suggested.

Also... A while ago I got Tomb Raider go on my PC for like R7. I thought I would be able to get it on my phone as well. But it was still R50 something IIRC. Now with W10M I have Tomb Raider GO in my owned list and can simply install it :D

Oh one more thing, I think the xx20's will be in wave 2... hopefully.

Sending in my 930 to be repaired next week.
Upgraded to Windows 10 but have the following problems:

Voice recorder doesn't work.
Skype calls don't work.
Video recording works with audio but is extremely soft.
Speaker phone not working.

There is an update for camera app, Lumia 930. The update fixed my problems regarding the lack of audio in video recording.

Mine's up to date but the audio is boosted from some other mic on the phone.
Compared a video shot on 8.1 vs 10 and you can definitely hear the difference.
It's like they amplified one of the mics to record the sound, so now you hear crackling sounds all over the recording.
I ran the Lumia Diagnostic program and it shows mic 3&4 is stuffed.

Smartlab in Sandton seeing me on Tuesday.

Booked my phone in today. Guy at check-in said there is a lot of 930 coming in to them to be repaired.
Don't know if I should be happy, but he said it's going straight to Level 3 support to replace the mics. If that doesn't work they will replace the phone with an "equivalent" model seeing as the 930 isn't stocked anymore.
Not sure what the equivalent model is, but anything less than a 950 and I'm going to make a big fuss about it. 830 is not the same as a 930!!!

Some good news update:
Just got a call from Smartlab - NokiaSA(Microsoft) says the phone is stuffed, replacing it with a 950.
Should have it at their office in 48hrs.

I'm getting alot of restarts on this Win10M :/

I get some freezing problems. And now I'm stuck on the previous release because they've excluded the 720 from the preview, and ultimately the final release. I don't feel like going back to 8.1, eyeing the 650 dual-sim :p

650 Dual-Sim.. if it ever comes out here as dual-sim, will be quite expensive for the specs it has.

If your into slapping covers on a phone (which hides the nice looking body of the 650), just get a Lumia 640 and be done with it, snapdragon 210/400 isn't that big of a difference, and the battery life on the 640's are better

I'm with you, after comparing the specs of the 650 with the 640/640 XL I've decide to purchase the latter. As you said, the 650 really has poor battery life compared to the 640, no doubt partially because of the OLED screen. The only other advantages are a faster processor and more internal memory. I found a video where the 650 performance was tested against the 640 and the latter was faster 90% of the time. The results might be skewed because if was 10 vs 8.1.

Wonder if any of the L950xl owners have ever had 0x80246002 error whilst updating to 10586.164, not on any insider or preview?
Edit: See this issued resolved by the 10586.218 update last night.

Also updating to 218 now, nice to get updates without having to participate in the insider preview.

Man but your ARE lucky, what a bargain upgrade! I refuse to be envious, but my 640 XL screen is still bigger than yours :)
