Windows 10 October Update launched

The only three Windows 10 related issues I have ever experienced,

• Nvidia driver related (BSOD)
• Realtek driver related (BSOD)
• Plugged in USB drive (Update FAIL)

Not in a single enterprise rollout have I ever experienced an update issue, other compatibility issues, yes, but not any related to the OS which is more vendor related than anything else.
