Windows 10 Professional VS Single language

Good day,

Can someone maybe tell me what the main differences are between Windows 10 Professional and WIndows 10 Single Language?

We are looking to purchase new laptops for work but most laptops seem to come with WIndows 10 Single Language..

Can the single language version be used to connect to a domain for instance or will it be suitable for business use..?

SL is a Home version, so it can't connect to a domain, though it can connect to network shares and printers. I's also locked to a single language, so you can't switch languages. Not a big worry for most people.
