Windows 10 update removes Windows Media Player

Windows 10 users on the Insider Program have reported that the latest update to the OS removes Windows Media Player.

plex is nice, but expensive, not as good as VLC streaming to a device,

And no, VLC isn't better, WMP has a nice big stop and start button right in the centre at the bottom, just the perfect spot.

you can skin VLC to have icons the exact same, also spacebar works just as well as play/pause....

It's free for all the things you do with VLC and so much more.

And infinitely better at streaming for not being a completely manual point and click mess.
