Windows 10 will now ask before installing large feature updates

Microsoft is rolling out a change to its Windows 10 updates which gives users more control over when they download and install feature updates.

These updates are much larger than standard updates, and can take subsequently take significantly longer to download and install.

Every day I hate Microsoft more and more.

Their "improvements" have damaged my business, my ability to do my work, and generally added to my frustration.

Decent hardware is not supported by the Windows version that actually works. So I am forcdd to deal with this "special needs" system.

One day Linux will support the programs I meed and I will be able to leave MS for good.

Until then, I will need to restrain myself from unpleasant things.

Just switch Windows Update to the Semi Annual Channel for business.
