Disconnect all shared drives, delete any shortcuts, then delete any logins saved ( https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security/credential-manager-in-windows ) via credential manager. ... and then simply start from scratch. Re-create the mapped drive. Re-save credentials. re-create any shortcuts. ??
