Earlier today, Microsoft announced the February 2023 feature update for Windows 11 22H2 Moment 2. Later on, the company begun rolling out it out to users and as expected from a massive feature update, the changelog is one of the longest you would see.

However, for those using third-party UI customization apps like StartAllBack and ExplorerPatcher, Microsoft has confirmed that new Build 22621.1344 (KB5022913) is causing these apps to not start up and launch properly.

For now, Microsoft recommends uninstalling these apps until the tech giant figures out a solution for the issue.

I have changed my taskbar to small through a registry edit, but it is not working anymore after the update.

Yip, it's nice and snappy, but .Net fails on windows updates (people report other updates also fails) and of late I keep getting BSOD (Kernel Security Check Failure)
I can't get into safe mode to try fix it(must have also been disabled) ... will therefor go back to the "full" version ... just loaded for the fun/test of it all

Tried it but it had too much stripped away. I need to remote desktop to my boxes. Might give it another go since I have a 32GB M.2 that I plan to use again some time.

It has secure boot and TMP 2.0 - but this Core m3 is not supported. Still runs Windows 11 like a champ, had to upgrade the product key to Pro since it only shipped with a Home license.

Turns out my BSOD was related to a failing RAM stick

This is as far back as I have gone to date.

The original 64bit x86 processor running Windows 11!


It is extremely slow and crawling along, but I have great plans for this system. Being AMD it should support 4GB DDR2 modules, so I have 4 of those on the way from wish.com and the CPU will go up to a Phenom II X4 945 - the highest this AM2 board supports.

Let's see how this system progresses from it's current state. The CPU will be 17 years old in May.

Runs a bit better with the nVidia drivers installed. You can use the x64 Vista/7/8 drivers on the nForce430/GeForce6100
GeForce 309.08 and nForce 15.49 (just switch off transparency first)
