I have just installed Windows 7 and it seems that everything is running smoothly and working...

Does this mean I don't need to install drivers?

You will have to install your system drivers... most others are covered by generic drivers.

System Drivers being? Because everything is working fine...

... the proper drivers for your motherboard (audio, LAN, system devices, etc) and your graphics card.

Go to your Control Panel and find the Device Manager. If there is nothing there that is flagged, then it is good. But you should especially check your display driver to see which display driver it is using.

Standard VGA Display Adapter = BAD!
Nvidia or ATI display driver provided by Microsoft = OK, but not good for gaming.
Best is to let Windows find the proper driver and install it or go to the manufacturers website.
