Unfortunately, yes. Downloading at 39.6KB/s... Wish I had something faster and with a tad more bandwidth

Nasty dude, I would've cut you a copy and met you somewhere close to home.

I did offer more than once in this thread and have shipped off more tha 15 copies already.

Usually when you ask a question and get a reply then thanking the person in return usually known as being polite!

Its faster downloading it :). Takes 24 hours to download it on a 384 line and unfortunately it timed out early this morning while I was sleeping so it added about 2 hours... Still faster though.

For something like that, buy a once off Telkom 1 or 2GB account. It should last you the 3.15GB and more.
I love going to friends' houses for lan's- they all have 4Mb lines and I can update a load of Linux updates in a matter of minutes instead of hours.

I hate telkom:D

I am using Cybersmart and its working out well for me because I started on 3Gigs and used my 7 hours of Nightrider time so it minimizes bandwidth usage which means I will still have bandwidth left for the month after this :)

I'm still thinking of cancelling my Mweb account and getting a 10GB or 30GB local only with WebAfrica

I am now 80% - 2.52GB of 3.15GB - 4 Hrs 40 Min Remaining... Looking at installing at around 9PM tonight. Should be enough time to install, get some sleep, get updated drivers, update my XP so I can run GTA IV and collect my new graphics card from PostmanPot (If his supplier has stock of the 4670).

I envy those with 4MBit

I kinda hate you right now... I am now on 94% - 2.99GB of 3.15GB - 1 Hr 15 Min Remaining... This is the final strech! Oh ya, then I have to find x64 drivers :/ (Can't do both on the same 384k line as I am logged into my local only account)

My download took 1.5 days at 30-40KB, but I used my macbook with Opera's download manager.

Opera ftw.

Grrrr! It seems that everyday @ around this time the MS servers go weird on me...d/l is stuck @ 96%. I know my connection is solid but it will just not go past the 96% mark - did the same yesterday only thing is it was @ 98% :s

Anyone else experience this and if so how did you get around it (apart from the obvious of asking Juggy to mail you a copy) ?? HELP please - much appreciated.

Sounds similar to the problem someone else on Neotel was experiencing - couldn't get past 99% or something. :(
