Could it be the international traffic overlaod since the yanks come online about now?
Or better still does anyone have a copy I could collect either in the Sunninghill / Woodmead area - am looking for the 64bit version.

Please download the 32-bit for me and burn it to a DVD. Will get my dad to collect it from you tomorrow. I really need 4MBit...

It hasn't failed yet. 97% - 3.07GB of 3.15GB - 36 Min Remaining

Just found a box of Lightscribes in my dad's room:D

As for me - I restarted my PC and it zoomed by rather quickly - am now done d/l going to install on a new 500GB Seagate in a new machine :D

Am going to use ISOBurn to write the ISO to DVD - any issues with this?

Installed W 7 on a new build and found I could not load the MoBo drivers off the Asus dsc.
Other than that, I like very much so far...damn quick too.
 
I have just finished successfully loading Win7-64bit and I love what I have experienced thus far.

Pretty smooth and stable. I can see that the dev team have essentially built on the great foundations of Vista.
 
It will expire in August. I love Windows 7... its so fast! The way that M$ has changed a lot of the features has greatly improved this OS from what Vista used to be

Am currently installing 64bit drivers etc. so far so good and the darn OS is travelling @ warp speed on the following system specs:

* AMD Athlon X2 2.2GHz
* Asus M2N SLi Deluxe
* 4GB DDR2-800 memory
* 850GB HDD - Seagate
* XFX GeForce 7300GT in SLi mode
* Thermaltake 700W Toughpower PSU

Am surprised @ its performance.

Everything that worked for me on Vista x64 works flawlessly on Win7, It's truly amazing to see a beta like this.
 
Then your remaining options for Win7 @ this point in time as recommended by Microsoft is Kaspersky...

Strange though - I have not had issues with Norton360.
 
F@#$%k I love this Neotel connection - i d/l 2 files of about 100MB each simultaneously without issues and I took less than 15min :o
 
I still choose to dislike Norton, using NOD32 right now... I am running Windows 7 absolutely flawlessly with these specs:

- AMD Athlon X2 5400+ Black Edition
- Transcend High Performance DDR2-800 2GB
- Samsung 40GB IDE (Don't wanna format my Samsung 250GB SATA which has XP on it)
- ATI Radeon HD3200 (Onboard)
- Asus M3A-H/HDMI
- Cooler Master 460 Watt
