I want something that I can install on any PC (not licensed to a single), which I think DSP limits?

I am using my ebucks, so I can't go to a cheaper place :/

Judging from the picture and the price I would say it is retail version, DSP would go for R1440. Still best to check with them and also if it's 64bit etc.
