Windows 7 {strange problem}

Hi all. I have a windows 2003 domain with 30 windows 7 client pc`s.
After the upgrade from windows xp pro to windows 7 pro, if you open the "All Programs" menu, all the domain users are listed in it instead of the installed programs.
How do i get the programs to list again?
