Windows 7 Ultimate + MSI 9600gt = Bluescreen (HELP PLEASE)

I have had numerous issues with my pc since I bought it in DEC 2009...
Randomly get blue screens...

It stopped for a while when I reinstalled windows, and used all the Drivers that came with my computer

See below dump file regarding the bluescreen: When I updated my display drivers
Currently using 197.45_desktop_win7_winvista_64bit_english_whql

got laptop version of graphics card but never had blue screen but do notice excessive heat problems maybe the heat is causing yours to blue screen
 
If the problem only happens when you install the drivers, then it is likely a driver issue. Try remove all the nvidia drivers, reboot and reinstall the latest. If possible stay away from driver cleaners - they can do more harm than good....
