Windows 8.1 'Send to: Mail Recipient' Does not work

Hi guys,

Well like in the title, nothing happens when I right click and then Send to -> Mail Recipient. I have tried to copy the Mail Recipient Shortcut from my PC to the other one. Still Nothing.

Any Ideas?

Repair office (if you are using office).

God, I when the users do that, just gives us lots of issues. Just compose the e-mail in Outlook like a normal person.
