Not sure if this is in the right section but yeah.

Basically I wanna know how much Windows OS licensing costs for a company. Looking at about 100 pc's or so. Who would I contact and speak to about this?

What licenses do your current PCs have? Do they all have OEM licenses?

None at the moment. A friend of mine is starting up a company and asked me to find out costs. I suggested to him to use Windows 7 as it's free but for how much longer I'm not sure.

You have two ways to buy a new Windows OS license: either OEM, or retail. Retail is crap expensive, and not suited to bulk purchasing. OEM is included in the cost of a new machine @ around R1500 for the business edition....

you should look at a open license option from Ms. its got a option to finance the OS and office over 3 years with subscription.

You cannot buy Windows client OS licenses on an open agreement - only upgrades. Only OEM or retail versions apply for new licenses....
