Not exactly, the creator of AutoPatcher is writing a script that allows you to do just what you asked for: Download and manage from a single all in one install software suite. They're not distributing the updates any more, that's what got them shut down.

I know, that's why I personally don't use it... I'm waiting for the next incarnation of AutoPatcher. Maybe someone else has some ideas?
