Would you treat me with more respect if I changed my forum name?

I understand that first impressions last, and that the name wingnut doesn't give one the front foot forward impression, but normally that strategy works because it puts other peoples insecurities to rest.
 
Though I do find you quite a funny guy at times. You’re more of a contributor to the forums than a lot of users who really are wingnuts ;)

No I dont have big ears. It was just a nick name bestowed on me back in the day and I just rolled with it.

They were probably being derogatory at the time but I just wore it like a badge of honour which didn't give them the satisfaction.
