Where is the money going? You are the one who got the fines, stop making excuses and pay them or you can always risk a night in jail when you get stopped at a road block, where you will be unable to pay 4.5k and they tow your car until you can.

You don't need to bribe anyone:D
All you do ,is go to Parow traffic department, early a Monday and Wednesday morning I think.
Take all your fines with ,they give a form to fill in ,and you write why you need a discount ( high internet prices etc.)
He comes back from the judge and all your fines are halved.
No funny business.
Go the side by court.

These fines are ridiculous.

R1250 for doing 111 in an 80 zone?
R1500 for doing 113 in an 80 zone?
R1000 for doing 106 in an 80 zone?

And no, none of them are residential. They're all on the same highway. Ludicrous! Shouldn't be more than R200 each.

Scan and post here. In jhb they do not trap until you go 10km's over the speed.

So you have a fine for 200 bucks going 85 in a 80 but you cannot understand why the fines are higher when you are caught doing 100+ :D. Special you are padawan or big troll. Hard to say but you start about 20 threads a day.
