WinPE download?

Can anyone point me in the direction to download a full built copy of WinPE?

I tried making one from a tutuorial and it bombed out and I dont really have time to make another one right now. I really need WinPE for data recovery...

Its a good idea to use a pre environment for data recovery, because you can boot from a CD and therefore no data on you HDD gets overwritten.

you still need to build it yourself as they can't redistribute windows elements - you still need an xp disk for that afaik.
if you're looking for an iso, you're not going to find it legally.

alternatively pop the HDD in an external casing and recover from another pc/laptop.
