Those who are eager to display the student protests as "peaceful" are choosing to dismiss youths wearing ANCYL / SASCO shirts as "not students".
 
This was one of my problems with the protests, no clear leaders, thus no crowd control. I would have expected the water canons in full force by now.

ANN7 says that Zuma's detail want a calmer situation before he comes down.

ENCA says pepper spray used on students. Police holding the breach in the fence. Stun grenades all the time now.
 
Hats off to the police for not beating the crap out of those "students" who are belting them with rocks and bricks. I would have lost it.

It's actually bull****. The size of some of those rocks could kill a person, yet they not allowed to react :mad:
