It is ingrained in them. The racial division in this country will always be a problem.
Hopefully someday this country will progress. Unfortunately most of the skilled individuals will be gone.

O% increase, so great, will be able to afford the R40 000 fees for next year instead of the proposed R44 000 which was utterly unaffordable.
At least it is a start and I guess point made. But still, the difference between R44 000 and R40 000 does not separate affordable from unaffordable. How far this protest has gone I can't see why they should be happy now. Further pressure should be put on government to decrease fees and make education more accessible.
If the average budgeted increase was 10%, then Universities will have some problem funding the shortfall.
For Stellenbosch this will amount to about R100m shortfall
For Unisa about R270m (I presume they are included in the 0% increase decision?)

It probably refers to Wits University. The sign is in English, and the Wits SRC told their students to go back to the busses earlier.
